From custom millwork to unique architectural details, this project is packed with craftsmanship. One standout feature is the curved soffit taking shape above the future reception desk—a custom finish that’s just one of many exciting elements coming together. 👷‍♂️

Chester Point Marina is home to massive 12,000 sq ft & 20,000 sq ft storage facilities featuring multiple 42’ hydraulic doors — creating the largest yacht storage on the Connecticut shoreline.

Designed and built by PCM, these impressive pre-engineered metal buildings sit atop hundreds of timber piles and were engineered with advanced pile cap systems following extensive geotechnical analysis 🏗️

This moderate price control housing development underwent extensive renovations to all 29 units, along with a full clubhouse addition and renovation — all completed while the property remained fully occupied.

The project also included the installation of new standby power for the entire development ensuring long-term reliability and comfort for residents.

Owned by the Town of Essex and funded in part by CHFA, this project reflects the power of thoughtful investment in community housing and infrastructure.
