Newly created non-profit helps feed Northern Virginia families impacted by inflation As the holiday season gets under full swing and inflation continues to rise, many residents across the DMV are dealing with food insecurity and homelessness, so to help, non-profits, such as Built to Serve based in Northern Virginia, are doing what they can to provide healthy foods those in need.

We’re grateful for Starbucks for supporting non-profit organizations 🙏🏽. They dedicated their time to ensure fresh hot coffee ☕️ to fuel our hardworking volunteers. We could not have been more energized to help the community without their support! 😊

A very special thank you to Wegmans, Alexandria VA for their generous contribution to our Healthy Food Drive-Thru 🍎. With their help we provided a variety of non-perishable grocery items, 100% apple juice, and many more items, along with much needed services to individuals and families within our community, in an effort to fight food insecurity and homelessness. 💪🏽
