For instance, if a house is $25K and the seller is paying $1k for buyer agent commission, you would be responsible for paying the other $1500 at closing. Also, I am a licensed mortgage originator and can get you pre approved for a FHA loan with a 580 or greater credit score. With FHA you can afford a much more move in ready home and it’s only 3.5% down. Seller pays 3% commissions so you don’t have to pay anything to me at closing. So in short, your best bet is to let me see if I can get you pre approved for a FHA loan!
