Starting April- cancellations less than 24 hrs will require a 50% non-refundable deposit towards your new appointment to be able to reschedule. I understand things happen unexpectedly so clients will receive a one time grace allowance.
No shows will also require a 50% non refundable deposit that will go towards your next appointment to be able to rebook with me.
If you are a new client and no show, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with me.
We are all human and things happen unexpectedly, but when I get no showed or cancelled on last minute, it not only takes money away from me, but makes my clients have to wait longer to get in when I could’ve taken someone who wanted that spot.
