A lot of customers have messaged us asking why we don’t offer PayPal as a payment option. They say it would be more convenient and could help bring in more orders. So I want to take a moment to clarify and also apologize to those who can only pay through PayPal.
The truth is, our profit margin is extremely low. When you use PayPal, they charge a 1.5% fee just for the payment, and then when we withdraw the money, they take another 3.5%. That’s a total of 5% lost right there.
For a business like ours that's already running on very tight margins, it's just not sustainable. That’s why we don’t offer PayPal at this time. We hope you can understand our situation.
