ETA “Bootcamp” Training Academy was designed to train pre-apprentices to become efficient and productive early on in their employment in the electrical industry. We accomplish this with a strict recruiting process by accepting limited qualified applicants. Train to the task - What an electrical industry leader needs & wants in a pre-apprentice. Build an electrical guide book for future reference.
