Our Cleveland office had a great time on Saturday at Headlands Beach State Park for the Crossroads Health Soaring Hearts fundraising event!

This private day school offers Judaic and secular education to more than 1,000 students from pre-school through high school. Established in 1943, it was the first Jewish day school founded off the east coast. The 100,000 sf addition completed construction in late 2021.

Onyx worked with Ron Kluchin Architects and collaboratively did the exterior and interior design. Onyx also produced all of the architectural construction documents, selection of all the interior materials, and navigated approvals from a selected committee of the Academy.

This past week, our Onyx team suffered a terrible loss. Our colleague, John Quinn, passed away after a hard fought battle with cancer. John was a great asset to our company for eighteen years, and he was well liked and respected by our staff, clients and industry friends. We are grateful for his friendship, and we will miss him.

We hosted our annual Canstruction Cleveland-Akron at South Park Mall in Strongsville!

Our build team won the Can Spirit Award for their “Rubik’s Cube” structure that used the most cans, 4,151!

Through the combined efforts of the teams and sponsors, Canstruction Cleveland-Akron gave a monetary donation of $4,000.00 to The Greater Cleveland Food Bank and a monetary donation of $3,000.00 to the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. A total of 18,932 cans will be donated between both food banks!
