☀️ HEAT ADVISORY FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10 ☀️
The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for Northwest Ohio from Noon to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10.
🌡️ Temperatures are expected to reach the low 90s, with heat index values feeling as hot as 100°F.
High heat and humidity can increase the risk of heat-related illnesses, especially for older adults, young children, and those with health conditions.
Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Dehydration can happen quickly in hot weather.
Stay safe by:
💧 Drinking plenty of water
🏠 Staying in air-conditioned spaces when possible
👒 Wearing light-colored, loose-fitting clothing
⏰ Limiting outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day
📞 Checking in on family, friends, and neighbors
