With tens of thousands in attendance, City of Cleveland - City Hall, LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland, and Palmer Event Solutions, (and NPi Audio Visual Solutions) made way for an incredible event once again! The March spanned several city blocks. When the front of the march reached the finish line, the tail of the march was still in Public Square. Then the festival rocked on for hours!

Wellman-Seaver Building at 7000 Central Ave in Cleveland, Ohio

In Cleveland's Central neighborhood, this 183,000 square foot building built in 1901 by the Wellman-Seaver Engineering Company and stands as a testament to the City’s industrial history, including assembly of equipment for steel mills and the construction of the iconic Hullett Ore Unloaders.

Abandoned since 1993, this historic site, occupying 10 acres, is primed for revitalization.

Cleveland's Site Readiness Fund has acquired the property at 7000 Central Avenue, setting the foundation for a new chapter in job creation.

Plans are underway to clean up the site - eliminating blight, fostering wealth creation and enhancing neighborhood vitality.
