Beginning June 1, 2026, Senior Transportation Connection’s Call Center phone lines will be open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (Previously 7:00 AM)

This adjustment allows our team dedicated time each morning to review voicemails and emails, process ride updates and cancellations, and support dispatch and scheduling needs before phones open for the day.

By strengthening our morning operations, we can better serve riders with improved efficiency, accuracy, and customer care during our busiest call times. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in our team.
