When a customer ask why customizing takes so long!

Invested 4hrs thus far into setting up a customer's laptop. One of the keys started sticking (yet still worked). Having the courage to lose 4 hours of work to do the right thing is just one reason why we have a 7-14business day window for customization. I could of easily shipped it and not had an issue. WHY NOT? Because the rest of these huge audio companies that get rich pushing product with no real service, goes against everything I believe in.
