Our Wise Minds group starts today and meets Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 in RT 1235 or by zoom. If you would like to learn skills to respond to overwhelming emotions, this is a group for you. Please call or email to sign up!

Have you wondered if you might have anxiety or depression? Join us on Wednesday March 4th for our Anxiety and Depression Screening! 11:00 AM -1:30 PM in the Student Center Ballroom.

Due to repairs in Rhodes Tower, the Cleveland State University Counseling Center will be operating virtually from Tuesday, Dec. 16– Thursday, Dec. 18. All previously scheduled sessions will occur virtually.

Virtual walk-in services will remain available from 1–3 p.m.
