In September 2024, MedWish International and Medworks joined forces to create a single nonprofit organization—MedWish Medworks—dedicated to advancing health equity and environmental sustainability both locally and globally.

Together, we’re repurposing surplus medical supplies, providing free medical, dental, and vision clinics, and reaching more lives than ever before.

Now, it’s time for our social media communities to come together as well.

Our volunteer crew is providing quality healthcare to families in the Dominican Republic during a weeklong medical brigade.

♻️ Not all expired medical supplies are waste. Some are opportunity.

At MedWish Medworks, our Alternative Recycling Program helps transform expired or surplus medical items into valuable resources for nonprofits, animal shelters, schools and more—completely free of charge.

Since 2007, we've:
✅ Partnered with 129+ recipient agencies
✅ Repurposed over 399,000 lbs of supplies for non-medical use

These items go to programs that serve people and pets, educate youth, support hygiene needs and inspire creativity.
