TownsendWorks! TownsendWorks is a short-term work adjustment program where injured workers are trained for new employment opportunities in today's high-tech office environenment, capitalizing on their previous skills and experience. Through this structured, hands-on program, we zero-in on job performance, social skills, and work behaviors. Clients are motivated to perform productive work, be self-reliant, accept supervision, and relate well with coworkers. TownsendWorks clients are well-prepared for sustained employment in a suitable competitive career.
