Role Description

This is a contract role for a Salesperson operating in a hybrid capacity, requiring some on-site presence in Cleveland, OH, but also allowing for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
