Due to the pandemic, the CARES ACT was passed into law by Congress. Part of this Act is the Employee Retention Credit.

The Government set aside $400 Billion in the form of tax credits for businesses that endured significant loss, and retained their employees.

This credit allows for up to $26K per employee!

If your business was impacted by the pandemic, and you have W-2 employees, you may be eligible for the ERC.
