Middleburg Heights removes pit bulls from dangerous animals law After discussions at the April 11 Middleburg Heights City Parks, Recreation and Services Committee meeting, as well as questions addressed at City Council the next evening, council voted 6-1 to amend a city ordinance by removing pit bulls from the dangerous animals designation.
