Learning the Steak Out!

A bird dog must learn to be restricted, calm and focused. Today we worked on marking the behavior of stand and focus, in order to obtain a reward (dinner). This will later carry over into their official “Whoa” training. Today was the first day that these puppies experienced this type of restraint. ***THEY DO NOT LIVE ON CHAINS. THIS IS A CONTROLLED, SUPERVISED TRAINING SESSION***
