We hosted our first Patient Input Session at our Ann B. Reichsman Community Health Center in Cleveland's Clark-Fulton neighborhood.

Recently, CareSource hosted a healthy cooking demonstration at our site, showing participants how to prepare nutritious meals using ingredients commonly found at dollar stores. For many families, access to fresh and affordable food can be limited, creating barriers to healthy eating and contributing to health disparities in our community.
