Reflection: Two weeks being self-employed and living on the road. Some things we didn't expect to encounter
-Cooking dinner in a hotel microwave
-Paying extra to have a microwave in your room
-Finding the right vehicle
-Working in EST but being on the west coast
-Helping a couple get out of the trail, but they were kind enough to treat us to dinner (extra special since it was right before Bri's birthday)
-Washing your clothes in the hotel, but they still come out smelling like camp fire
