To celebrate Cinco de Mayo today, I went to CentroVilla25. The 30,000 square-foot facility has multiple Mom and Pop restaurants and businesses, conference rooms, community space, a catering kitchen for rent, community space for rent, and outdoor Plaza with a stage for summer music, events, and empanada factory is coming along and mew a bar. This project was 10 years in the making, congratulations to all of those who made sure this dream became a reality and the new epicenter for the Latin American community in our area.
