It’s been a full month prepping for Easter… of course not everything goes perfectly. Easter Bunny crashed on the way in to deliver the goods … 😳 We will be wrapping up production today with many other unique and fun craft chocolate art😃 Tomorrow 26th March we will open the doors for a pop up! Please join us for some Cocoa Tea and conversation! Who knows Easter Bunny may make a comeback 🤣
A chance meeting and a connection that took root. Meeting Yluminada a couple of years ago under the cocoa canopy of her farm in Dominican Republic we took a quick dive into her agricultural practice of syntropic farming. This week I picked up my first shipment of organic cacao beans from Beyond excited to roast and discover what comes from Yluminada’s dedication to high quality fine flavour cacao.

I don’t usually stock things as I haven’t reached to that production level but this one will be one for the future. Working with Almond Praline filled eggs and as with the dark rustic egg its Puerto Rican 72% shell is embedded with natural roasted almonds and a touch of sea salt. The pink hue of the other egg is Raspberry White Chocolate. All Vegan goodness!! This was so much fun to put together and learned what not to do next time🤣🤣
