NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE IMPORTANCE OF SMALL STEPS!

Creating new habits and lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming.

I frequently encourage my clients to come up with one small step at the beginning of their health journey that they can easily attain.

For some, this may be drinking more water in their day.
For others it may be getting outside and taking a walk.

What is one small step you can make today that will start you on your journey towards your goals?

MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY is very common and is also very easy to correct with the correct foods and supplements.
When choosing a supplement, I suggest avoiding magnesium oxide. It is poorly absorbed and causes stomach upset.
