This is my concern with foam! It’s great, till it’s not. I would love technology to continue to improve where this risk can be eliminated.

🚨 Hidden Danger Alert 🚨 This is why we never recommend spray foam insulation on the underside of roof decks. On the surface, everything looked fine… but as I pulled back the foam, water came pouring out. The roof deck? 100% saturated. 100% rotted. And silently spreading mold through the home.
