Last year, ’s headlining weekend ended up being one of the most fun weekends of the summer at .

Not because he’s 1/2 of Henceforth Comedy or because he co-produces the series, but because by the time his weekend rolled around, he knew the room and the audience.

He’d spent the summer opening shows, introducing headliners, running around the theater solving problems, and talking with guests after the shows.

He learned what made that audience laugh.

And when it was finally time for his own weekend, all of that paid off.

This summer, he’ll be back doing all of the above: opening shows, introducing comedians, and helping build Hoots & Hollers every weekend.

Then August 7–9, he’ll take the stage for a full weekend of his own.
