During lockdown, we all got a little weird, right? One day it hit me that an ex from years earlier was still in my brain, way way down in the gray matter. And I tried to picture going in there to find her like some sort of mythological adventure. I'm not usually very visual in my mind, but I ended up having a waking dream and found her down in the weeds in the muck in the marshes...and released her. You know, as one does. 🤷‍♂️
