I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard a patient say,
“I’ll start exercising once I feel better.”
But here’s the truth:
You won’t feel better until you start moving.
Exercise isn’t just for weight loss or aesthetics
It improves blood sugar, lowers inflammation, balances hormones, boosts mood, supports better sleep, strengthens bones, and even rewires your brain to handle stress more efficiently.
If I could write one prescription that could:

✅ Extend your lifespan
…it would be exercise.

Start where you are:
Walk after meals. Lift something heavy a few times a week. Stretch before bed.
