The mission of the Florida Lake Management Society is to promote protection, enhancement, conservation, restoration and management of Florida’s aquatic resources; provide a forum for education and information exchange; and advocate environmentally sound and economically feasible lake and aquatic resources management for the citizens of Florida.
Lakes Education/Action Drive and City of Lakeland hosted a great day of lakes awareness! FLMS won second place! Here’s our designated paddlers Eesa Ali and Ernesto Lasso de la Vega. Look at that skill!

After learning about water restoration projects in the area, our winter workshop attendees had the opportunity to join a guided tour of the Winter Park Chain of Lakes with City staff and Scenic Boats Tours. FLMS appreciates both entities for their generous support!
