What an amazing day Saturday working with some Groveland teens during my teen entrepreneur seminar. So excited to be partnering with the City of Groveland and the vice mayor Barbara as well as city manager Mike and youth liaison Ashley!

Ashley did an amazing job coordinating all of the logistics including food and registration for the teens.

They all had some amazing ideas and insights as I put them through not only how to be inspired but corporate branding policies, and marketing and visual identity to help them as they grow in their own individual businesses.

At the end of the day, I broke them into smaller groups where they had to pick an existing business idea that one of them already had in mind or develop/create a new one.

They were then tasked with the challenge of Developing a Brand strategy marketing plan and business plan. I gave them five minutes each to do a pitch to the rest of us as well as the city manager, so we could vote on which one was the most viable project as well as the best presentation.

I am super excited about the possibility of continuing this educational program, not only with Groveland, but in all of Lake County through leadership channels and working with local school board members. Thanks again to the City of Groveland for giving me this opportunity to showcase this amazing information to help inspire and Equip teens!

They are the future of our economic development and will be the next guard pushing forward in the battle for new ideas.
