$100 per night (electricity included) plus a one time $20 resort fee and required 11% Florida Lodging Tax
$500 per week (electricity included) plus a one time $20 resort fee and required 11% Florida lodging tax.

$1,250 per month (electricity deposit required and billed at "use" rate) plus one time $20 resort fee and 1 month security deposit. Rentals of 6 months or more have the Florida lodging tax waived. Ask me about our Summer Month Pricing for a “hot” discount on monthly rentals in June, July, August and even September! There is a $25 refundable pool/recreation hall access card deposit required.

$145 deposit due at booking ($100 deposit, $20 resort fee, $25 pool key deposit), remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. PayPal Friends & Family (no fee) or Venmo only. No refund for cancellations or weather related events but we will do our best to re-schedule you based upon availability. Amenities Include:

No pop up shelters or tents are allowed on the sites during any rental. Just to be clear this RV Resort WAS previously owned and developed by Elite Resorts. If you Google Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley it will take you to the Elite Resorts Website with no other information whatsoever about this location. The Resort is now wholly owned, operated and maintained by the owners who are a Condo Association. There are a few pages and groups as well as some older reviews on Travel Advisor and some of the RV Travel websites. Not all of the older reviews are complementary. All of the lots have pavers for parking (at a minimum), the roads are wide, the landscaping is extensive and beautiful. We've come a long way since this place was first being developed.
