WDA’s headquarters located in Clearwater, Florida, provides ample opportunities for internal and external collaboration. The new space ensures our studio can deliver projects of all sizes, while remaining characteristically focused on high-design solutions, functionality and exceptional client service.

“With a legacy of more than three decades in the region, it made sense for our office workspace to reflect a connection to each other, our clients and more importantly foster spaces for successful teamwork and friendship,” said owner Ted Williamson.

The office was designed by our Senior Interior Designer, Sarah Hodges, who has led WDA’s Interior Design efforts for the past four years. “We’ve built a culture centered on shared knowledge, and this space allows the best ideas to flow—something I’m incredibly proud of,” said Hodges. Prior to joining the team, Sarah’s portfolio included a significant number of tenant improvement projects within the Tampa Bay region.

Williamson Design Associates (WDA) will be in full force at the 2025 FEFPA summer conference. WDA’s Education Design leaders, Ted Williamson, PE, AIA, LEED AP, Teddy Williamson, PE, Jessica Sumner-Wells, AIA, NCARB and Mike Pruitt, RA will be in attendance along with our Marketing and Business Development professionals, Samantha Cummins and Jennifer Rees.

As usual, the WDA booth will have a fun and challenging activity. Participants will have the opportunity to win a “cool” WDA raffle prize!
