BBQ Flank Steak Nachos on the griddle in 20 minutes 🔥

All you need is a simple marinade and some good quality ingredients for some of the best nachos done in no time.

In this recipe, I’m showcasing the top notch flavor and versatility of ‘s All Purpose Rub & Carne Asada BBQ Sauce from Walmart 🙌

Ingredients -
Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Rub & Carne Asada BBQ sauce
1 flank steak
1 bag Tortilla chips
4 cups Shredded melting cheese
Cilantro for garnish
1 cup Salsa

Queso dip -
6 slices pepper jack cheese
6 slices white American cheese
½ cup heavy cream
2 tsp Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Rub
1 small can diced green chillies
(place ingredients in small saucepan on griddle at medium high heat, as cheeses out, consistently into smooth)

Cilantro lime crema -
¾ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tsp Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Rub
Juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno
Small bunch cilantro
(Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth)

Pickled onions -
½ red onion
1 tbsp Spanglish Asadero BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Rub
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
¼ cup water
Thinly slice the red onion, add carne asada bbq sauce, lime juice, red wine vinegar & water. Bring to a simmer, let cool in refrigerator, strain before serving)

Campfire Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Chicken 🔥

One of my favorite summer BBQ recipes! This BBQ chicken recipe is great for your backyard BBQ or great to take camping for an easy and delicious meal.

In this recipe, I’m showcasing the top notch flavor and versatility of Spanglish Asadero® Seasonings and Rubs All Purpose Rub & Pineappe Chipotle BBQ Sauce from Walmart 🙌

SAVE THIS RECIPE 👇

Ingredients -
Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Rub & Pineapple Chipotle Mexican BBQ sauce
6 chicken quarters
1 can of sliced pineapple (reserve the juice)
1 jalapeño (optional for added spice)
1 lime
4 tbsp butter
Cilantro for garnish

Instructions -
Marinate chicken ahead of time, at least one hour up to two days before cooking.
The marinade is a simple combination of the juice from one can of sliced pineapple, pineapple chipotle BBQ Sauce, & All Purpose Rub.
Prepare your campfire or your charcoal grill to a white cold bed, with a medium flame. If using a gas grill use a medium to high temperature.
Grill the chicken, each side about 12 minutes each side, building a char on both sides. I like to add a little more seasoning once the chicken or on the grill.
Place the grilled pineapple slices alongside the chicken.
Make a simmering sauce with the leftover marinade, slices of jalapeño and butter.
Bring to a summer and then add the grilled chicken. Continue to cook until the chicken reaches at least 165°F internal temperature.

Let it cool and garnish with sauce, pineapple slices, fresh cilantro, and lime.
