2018 VW Tiguan
In for regular service
Changed oil, engine air filter, cabin air filter, rotated the tires, checked air pressure,
Changed out some spark plugs to freshen up some fuel economy and keep the car running great.
Rear brake pads were getting a touch thin. Got those swapped out to avoid dangerous metal on metal conditions.

Water pump replacement
Which also includes fresh timing chain set
New spark plugs
New valve cover gaskets
New thermostat
New intake manifold gasket
New crank seal
Making this car good for another 100k with just minor maintenance.

2002 Mercury Grand Marquis

Cylinder head temperature over temp (coolant protect mode)
Fan runs wide open and AC no longer works.
Replaced cylinder head temperature sensor (was crusty and nasty)
Didn't fix the problem.
Knocked out a little diag of the wiring harness. Found a broken wire.
Repaired broken wire, check engine light went off and ac started functioning as intended again
