We can gain wisdom from the symbolism of trees, especially during autumn when change and release are evident. As Eckhart Tolle said, "Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on." Moreover, "Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go." 🍁
Spectacular woodwork from Turned and Burned. Watch this video to get a glimpse of their process. One-of-a-kind wood artistry handcrafted by brothers Jason and Russ Hart—The Hart Brothers. Their work transforms discarded logs into magnificent bowls, vases, coasters, and bookmarks, each a testament to the enduring beauty found within nature’s imperfections.
From Storm to Splendor, The Hart Brothers’ Legacy of Craft
Every piece by Turned and Burned begins as a raw log from a fallen, reclaimed tree. This commitment to using wood that has been discarded—the “ugly,” the “tired”—is central to their mission. Just as people are overlooked by their outward scars and imperfections, the Hart brothers are able to showcase the insurmountable beauty within each piece of wood.

We are so excited to announce our new Artisan made jewelry from Anvil Fire and Time.
Réjane Pratelli is the artist behind Anvil Fire and Time, a name that honors the three elements used to create every piece: the anvil, the fire from her torch, and the time dedicated to each piece.
Meticulous & Mindful Craft Réjane is a true silversmith, mindfully creating every single piece one at a time from sheet and wire, using traditional bench jeweler’s tools. She refuses to use casting methods, ensuring each item is truly unique and maintains the highest quality standards.
Her work is defined by its distinctive texture—purposely rumpled, wrinkled, and tortuous—reflecting on the complexity of the human psyche. These one-of-a-kind wearable pieces of art act as a talisman, a shield, and a banner all in one, designed to celebrate your emotions, your strengths, your weaknesses, and your perfect imperfections. They are an invitation to embrace and enhance your unique, beautiful self. Her handcrafted items do not display machine-made perfection. She fully embraces the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, that there is great beauty in imperfection. She stands for slow-made, handwork, skilled craftsmanship, one on one relationship.
