The Mark III Team works hard to provide our clients with the best benefits experience. Senior Account Manager Kathy Yount shares what parts of her job are most rewarding and what makes being on the Mark III Team important to her.
“I feel like my work makes a difference when I can change someone’s life with benefit offerings, and that person gets to tell me how valuable it is to them. Example: Someone diagnosed with cancer who receives the initial diagnosis benefit and all of the other procedure payouts. The employee was able to pay their mortgage and keep the lights burning as they fought the health challenge.”
One experience reminded Kathy of the great impact that our services can have on our clients’ lives.
“[I recently assisted] a crying HR Director who had an employee dying from cancer. I was able to assist in contacting several vendors and getting a power of attorney pushed through and making sure the sister of the employee was listed as the beneficiary on the said benefits.”
