ere we discuss topics that are difficult to talk about at these institutions (i.e. We hope to provide spaces of support for marginalized communities through social events as well. External: We are working with Montclair High School in nearby Montclair, CA to help low-income high school students develop as leaders. Our curriculum is based on shared leadership through social justice framework. As a committee our big projects include: a 5 series curriculum on leadership, financial literacy education for students, and a 5C campus tour for Montclair and Pomona High students. Leadership Development and Skills: This committee is focused on building leadership theory and skills through staff trainings and Scripps campus-wide events. The goal of the committee is to have shared leadership as the fundamental core of all committees in SCORE and to create a community of leaders at Scripps.
