It's another giveaway. This time it's with our neighbors at . The Welcome Project empowers Cincinnati's refugee and immigrant populations through art and food. The immigrant-run storefront serves as a place for participants to sell goods and host classes. Chef Rose Che prepares meals each week for pick-up noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Welcome Window on Rachel St. at 2936 Colerain Ave.
