For the past 30 days I have kept a commitment to myself to SIT MY A*Z DOWN every morning after a reading with Aaliyah Shivers ✨at the Ase’ Goddess Retreat… and set intentions, express gratitude for what I have, pull cards from my decks and scripture from my heart and create a slogan for my day… as well as deciding how I feel each day - Intentionally. Then every evening, I did a review and checked in on what I was able to accomplish, one thing that made me smile and what chakras I felt were blocked. I was perfectly imperfect. I allowed myself to be guided with much love, grace and joy along the way!!
