My favorite heart warrior had her annual follow-up with cardiology, and everything looks great! When I first started bringing her here, it was quite a challenge to keep her nourished because she struggled to eat due to her stage four heart failure, and her oxygen levels were low before her open heart surgery. It brought tears to my eyes when she checked herself in. 🥹🥲 We feel so blessed to have Bella with us today, and we thank God every day for her presence in our lives. 🫶🏼❤️
