Meet Jesse 👋 – Our Director of Benefits & Employee Engagement.
Since starting at IronRoad in 2016, Jesse has aligned with IronRoad’s core “people first” value, which drives him to deliver an excellent customer and employee experience. He’s known for prioritizing fun in the workplace, which is fairly easy considering he works alongside his best friend.
When asked about the best part of his job, Jesse said, “Having the opportunity to make every single person who reaches out to us feel important and heard.” 🙏
When Jesse isn’t spreading joy in the workplace, you’ll likely find him with his wife, Hannah, and their son, Nolan. He’s a proud (self-proclaimed) gamer nerd, movie-theater goer, and is passionate about fitness. He’s also a die-hard UK fan—Go Big Blue!!
