Hello! FSW founder Mark Neeley will be a special guest at a youth film & music workshop coming up in a few weeks, alongside his musician/composer partner Yohei Shikano. This is a unique, virtual summer workshop hosted by the Calibraska Arts Initiative with a great instructor! It is for children (ages 9-12), who will learn about film soundtracks and the process of music and film, all while creating their own instruments from recycled materials. We had such a fantastic turnout for our workshop yesterday at the Taft Museum of Art! Thank you to everyone who came and animated with us! Video of our cutout animation project will be posted later this week.
