2️⃣ Kitchen progress - professional hood, prep stations, and the equipment we need to keep serving up legendary Reubens, potato pancakes, and those award-winning soups.

3️⃣ Dining area taking shape with huge windows bringing in tons of natural light. Bright, spacious, and perfect for family meals or quick lunches.

We’re targeting an end of July, beginning of August opening and pouring everything into making this location special. 125 years strong and still growing - Monroe, we can’t wait to serve you.
