🚛 TOUR MANAGER / DRIVER (NON-CDL)

Branded Promo Talent, a leading experiential marketing agency, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Tour Manager for an upcoming nationwide mobile marketing tour!

Tour Duration:
July 8, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Compensation:
• $1,470/week salary
• 68–$92/day GSA food per diem
• Hotel Reimbursed at GSA rates

— 1099, paid bi-weekly —

Location: Nationwide
DOT-compliant routing and tour schedule will be discussed with selected candidates.

Equipment:
• Ford F-450 Pickup Truck
• 24' Bumper-Pull Trailer

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate an F-450 and 24' trailer.
• Set, strike and manage footprint for tour.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of tour management experience.
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering trailers.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Background check and MVR review required.

Compensation:
Mascot - $120/flat
Handler - $100/flat

Additional:
1 BA for mascot pick-up and drop-off in Bedford Heights: $100 flat ($50 each way)

Event Details:
The Dunkin’ Prom Powered by Joy program supports teen patients who may miss their traditional prom due to illness. Our team will help bring the Akron Children’s Hospital Teen Prom to life with interactive experiences, brand engagement, and a Dunkin’ mascot appearance to create a memorable celebration.

Attire:
Branded t-shirts will be provided. Black pants/shorts (length appropriate, no rips) and black comfortable gym shoes.

Handler Duties:
• Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for attendees that drives excitement.
• Assist and es**rt the mascot safely while supporting the team as needed.

Mascot Duties:
• Engage in costume to create a fun, high-energy atmosphere that captures attention.
• Pose for photos with attendees to create a memorable brand experience.
• Use expressive body language and movement to bring the character to life.
• Remain in character and non-verbal, using animated gestures to entertain.

Mandatory Mascot Sizing Requirements:
• Shoe Size: (F) 6.5 - 12 / (M) 5.5 - 11
• Height: 5’ 1" - 5’ 10"
• Apparel Size: (F) 2 - 16 / (M) S - L
• Max of 48” hip, non-strechy material.
