Cold weather sleeping bags offer extra warmth and a safer night's rest for those sleeping outdoors.

Two-day bus passes connect patients to medical appointments, shelters, employment opportunities, and other essential resources.

Vaccines help prevent the spread of serious illnesses and protect both individuals and our community.

Solar power banks keep phones charged so individuals can stay connected to healthcare providers, emergency services, family, and job opportunities.

EXCESSIVE HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT!

Stay safe with these heat tips:
• Drink plenty of water, even if you don't feel thirsty
• Stay in air-conditioned buildings whenever possible
• Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing
• Protect yourself with a hat and sunscreen
• Avoid strenuous outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day (10 AM – 4 PM)
• Check on neighbors, friends, and loved ones who may need extra help

Know the warning signs of heat illness:
• Heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, muscle cramps, or headache may be signs of heat exhaustion
• Confusion, loss of consciousness, or a body temperature above 103°F are signs of heat stroke and a medical emergency. Call 911 immediately.
