UC AMIT Program

Advanced Medical Imaging Technology involves creating high quality, diagnostic medical images in a variety of health care settings. Professionals in this field combine their knowledge of physiology, pathology, medical imaging principles, and interpersonal skills to operate sophisticated imaging equipment while placing patients at ease. Students successfully completing the Bachelor of Science degree with be eligible to sit for national registry exams in both modalities.
