🦋 An invitation to Sattva...
Step on in and begin your transformation to balance.
The Body (Sharira) is something that is constantly changing and replenishing.
Nature, All Beings, the Universe and all elements in between are in a constant state of transition between imbalance and balance. There are many tools to help bring one’s Sharira (Body) back to a state of Sattva (Harmony and Balance) and it begins with respecting yourself. We must respect ourselves through being self-responsible which leads to realization of the Self.

Spring is a wonderful time of year to cleanse and renew. Manifesting the element of Tejas (transformation) through cleansing heals on an organ level, mental level, energy level, and spiritual level.
