We are pleased to share that Valco Melton has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG), a global leader in fluid and powder handling technologies. Valco Melton will become part of Graco’s Industrial division upon closing, with timing expected sometime in the third quarter.
