Bendu Academy

We are excited to announce the addition of “fundamentals” classes to our curriculum this evening! Classes will be held from 530-630PM on Wednesdays and Fridays. Taught by our most active competitor these classes will help you develop the basic body awareness needed to excel your learning curve, although all skill levels are welcome these classes will be tailored to entry level students to provide a platform of learning that feels purposeful and accommodating to their experience level.
