Meet Tina Macon, CEO of AllMac & Associates, LLC in Cincinnati, OH. Her consulting and coaching firm assists clients with employee relations, human resources compliance standards, and human capital management design areas of concern. She serves on the leadership council for The Women’s Fund of Cincinnati and the WordPlay Cincy board. She also holds various leadership and advisory roles for WBECORV which includes being a Steering Committee member and a WBENC National Forum representative.
