HAPPY UPDATE!! After my story earlier in the week about one family facing possible homelessness, they now have a place to live! Several people and agencies offered to help after our story aired and now Stephanie Payne has a place to take care of her granddaughter Mekyla, who has cerebral palsy. Payne spoke to me about how Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services made this possible.
